Receptionist/Administrator

Are you friendly, organised, professional and approachable? Do you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly and working as part of a busy team? We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception, general administration, reprographics and basic first aid support within the school and sports centre. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors, staff and sports centre users, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression of the school, ensuring the reception area operates smoothly and that all enquiries are handled courteously, efficiently and confidentially.
