Receptionist Administrator Location: Alderman Cogan's Church of England Primary Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30 with an hours lunch. To be worked during the school term time Salary: £25,614 - £26,427 Actual salary: £17,972 - £18,542 Contract: Fixed term until 31.08.2027 Are you an experienced and organised Receptionist Administrator with a keen eye for detail? About you As a Receptionist Administrator in a school office you will, Be a confident in using a wide range of IT systems - full training will be provided Have strong communication skills Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone Have the ability to manage your workload efficiently Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils absences and report on this where necessary If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you.
