We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, friendly, approachable and exceptionally organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Have experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Be comfortable dealing with parents, visitors, staff and external contacts.
Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Be able to work effectively as part of a small administration team.
Be willing and able to learn new systems quickly — full training will be provided.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is committed to providing a welcoming, professional and supportive service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
