Queensmead is looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual. The successful candidate will supervise and support independent study for our Post 16 students in our Post 16 study area. They will inspire, challenge and motivate students and ensure a healthy, safe, happy and challenging environment in which Post 16 students can work hard and achieve their potential. The post holder will work closely with subject teachers and the Heads of Post 16 Education to maximise the effectiveness of the students’ private study sessions.
