Working closely with the Group Director, Commercial Manager, CTEC project team and directorate colleagues, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support, helping to coordinate activities, manage project documentation, organise meetings and events, and maintain effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to a project that supports innovation and excellence within the construction and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Director (CTEC), CTEC project team and Apprenticeships and Business Development Directorate.

Coordinate project, directorate, partner and stakeholder meetings, including invitations, agendas, papers, minutes and action logs.

Organise workshops, employer events and other engagement activities, ensuring that arrangements and supporting materials are in place.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, records, and management information.

Manage diaries, correspondence, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.

Support project monitoring, reporting, compliance, and funding requirements.

Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.

Contribute to the effective planning, organisation, and continuous improvement of administrative and project processes.

Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and in accordance with data-protection requirements.

Who You Are:

You are an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator with experience supporting senior managers and coordinating a varied workload and maintain high standards when working to competing deadlines. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, are confident working with a variety of stakeholders, and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have excellent organisational, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills. With a flexible and customer-focused approach, you can work both independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to support project delivery and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and administration.
