School Administrator

Willow Tree is a thriving, multi-cultural 2 form entry primary school with a 39-place nursery. Situated close to Islip Manor Park in the heart of Northolt, we benefit from good transport links.

We are currently looking to recruit a Welfare and Admin Officer to join our established admin team.

You must:

Have experience of working in a school (or able to demonstrate an understanding of this role)

Hold the relevant first aid training certification or ability to undertake this for the role.

Be enthusiastic about nurturing, inspiring and the motivation of our children.

Be a good communicator with excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Have good ICT and general clerical/administrative skills.

Experience

of working with excel, word and MIS databases.

A high level of competence on using the internet.

Understanding of the need for confidentiality in relation to the role.
