Job description

Bentley Heath Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in the role of Administration Officer in our busy School Office, on a fixed term basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school so excellent communication skills and the ability to offer a warm welcome are a must. You will be supporting staff, pupils and parents with all administrative aspects of school life. Working hours are Monday and Tuesday, 08:15-16:00. These days and times are fixed and cannot be changed. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be: Proactive Flexible Able to multi-task and work on your own initiative Have a high level of IT literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Have a commitment to promote and safeguard the welfare of children We will offer you a warm and welcoming school environment where highly skilled colleagues will support you.
