Relationships are key to our success, and we build strong and trusting relations with the children, parents and each other. Through our Values Education, which threads itself through all aspects of our school life, our pupils’ comment that we are ‘like a family’, supporting and encouraging each other to succeed. Children feel safe and their learning behaviours are excellent. Our enrichment curriculum is fun, and children enjoy the many trips and events that embed the learning. Staff are dedicated and share the same ambition of excellence in all that we do. We have a programme of quality professional development and Trust wide opportunities. The recruitment process is robust in seeking to establish the commitment of candidates to support the school’s measures to safeguard children and to identify, deter or reject people who might pose a risk of harm to children or are otherwise unsuited to work with them.
