About the role
This role is focused on working with our EHCP Lead to manage the programme of Annual Reviews. The ideal candidate will need absolute attention to detail to ensure that all our correspondence with parents is of the highest quality. You will need excellent English language skills to be successful in this role as minute-taking for Annual Reviews is a primary task within this role.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain records of targets and deadlines for submission to SEN Teams To notify parents and carers of forthcoming reviews and sending our all documentation within the given time frame. To minute annual reviews scheduled as required in co-ordination with the EHCP Lead. To monitor and track when changes are required on EHCP’s and chase SEN teams as and when necessary.

Level 2 Qualification in English and Maths
Experience of Taking
Minutes Able to meet tight deadlines Knowledge of all Microsoft applications
