School Office Manager

Whitchurch Primary School, part of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Manager to join our friendly and committed team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Headteacher, leadership team, staff, pupils and families, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school on a daily basis. The Office Manager will lead the day-to-day administration of the school, overseeing administrative and financial processes, maintaining key systems and records, supporting safeguarding and compliance requirements, coordinating admissions and attendance processes, and providing a welcoming and professional service to pupils, families, staff and visitors. While the working pattern can be discussed at interview, the successful candidate will need to be available to work three days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm to support the operational needs of the school. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
