Job description

Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a temporary full-time maternity cover role, working 37 hours per week, term time only . Starting as soon as possible until 52 weeks or sooner should our colleague on Maternity leave returns to work prior to this date for whatever reason. We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. You will: Have previous administrative and ideally team management experience, preferably in a school office. Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Lead and manage members of the admin team. Provide general administrative support within the school office for senior leaders and other teaching staff.
