Job description

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of children and young people at Whitefriars School. As our School Social Worker, you will work closely with pupils, families, school leaders and external agencies to promote safeguarding, wellbeing, positive attendance and successful outcomes . You will use your professional expertise to provide trauma-informed, child-centred and compassionate support , helping young people overcome barriers to learning and thrive both in school and beyond. You will play a key role in Early Help, safeguarding, risk management and family support, working as part of our committed multi-disciplinary team. If you are passionate about putting children first, building trusted relationships and creating positive change , we would love to hear from you.
