About the Role

As a member of our Science Department, you will deliver high-quality teaching that engages, challenges and inspires students to achieve their full potential. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of an ambitious curriculum, support students' academic and personal development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator, who is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of young people while contributing to a thriving and supportive school community.

We are looking for someone who:

Qualified Teacher Status Willingness to undertake further CPD Excellent classroom practitioner Ability to teach A-level Physics Understanding of Exam Board specifications Knowledge of strategies to inspire and improve outcomes for students Detailed knowledge of current curriculum and pedagogical developments in the teaching of your subject and the wider curriculum Able to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people - students, colleagues and parents Commitment to high standards and expectations About Yate Academy At Yate Academy, we have built our ethos on a strong set of core values which underpin everything that we do.
