This is far more than a classroom support role. It is an opportunity to become a positive role model in a child's life; someone who can provide encouragement, consistency, and belief when it matters most.
About the Role
Working closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support, you will play a vital role in helping children engage with education, develop positive relationships, and build the confidence needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

* Building trusting and positive relationships that promote engagement and confidence
* Encouraging participation in learning activities and classroom routines

* Promoting positive behaviour through consistency, patience, and understanding
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff

* Celebrating successes and helping children recognise their own achievements
We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have:
* Experience working with children or young people
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children who face barriers to learning
