SEN Teaching Assistant

To work with children who have complex needs to support their communication, learning, social development and sensory needs.

The ideal candidate will:

• develop supportive, caring and secure relationships with children so they thrive and meet their full potential

• develop knowledge and understanding of the specific needs of children and respond to them effectively
• have experience of working with children with additional needs

• be motivated and contribute to the ethos of our friendly school

• be a good team player with good interpersonal skills

• have good numeracy and literacy skills

• be able to work with teachers and work independently to support children

• be prepared to assist with intimate care.

• are pro-active and full of energy!
