About the role

The successful candidate will be nurturing, flexible and committed to ensuring all children can thrive. Experience of working with children with SEND, delivering interventions or supporting children with communication, social or emotional needs would be advantageous.

We would like you to:

Hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent Have experience working as a teaching assistant with children with additional needs. Be passionate about inclusion and meeting children’s individual needs. Be positive, proactive, and always solution focused. Have high expectations of yourself, keeping all children at the heart of your practice. Be a team player with a good sense of humour. Be willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for our pupils. Enjoy developing learning through play
