Job description

Deputy SENDCo Term Timly Only Plus INSET days Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thur from 8am - 4pm & Fri from 8am - 3:30pm) Salary: £24,900 - £27,010 (£28,598 - £31,022 FTE) - NJC Scale 5, points 12-17 Start date: As soon as possible We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed SEND practitioner who is keen to develop their career to join our existing SEND Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCo, taking an active interest in the wider aspects of Learning Support and Inclusion within the Academy, helping to remove barriers to learning where they exist. Experience of raising achievement and attainment along with a thorough and up to date understanding and knowledge of the SEN Code of practice is therefore essential.
