Job description

SEND Teaching Assistant You will be responsible for: Working with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion Giving support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement What are we looking for? The successful candidate will be able to build effective working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will adapt their approach to meet the needs of all pupils.
