About our Trust / School The Pioneer Learning Trust is a small but growing Trust of collaborative schools in Luton and Bedford. The Trust currently consists of The Ferrars Academy, Chantry Primary Academy, Southfield Primary Academy, Whitefield Primary Academy, Ferrars Junior School , Warden Hill Infant School and Lakeview School. The Ferrars Academy is a very popular, successful and well-resourced academy; rated Good by Ofsted. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in education, for infant and nursery aged children. We are located on the outskirts of Luton close to the M1, A5 link roads and the L&D hospital. Our 3-form entry school has a very diverse school population with a range of different languages, religions and cultures. Our children are well behaved and learn in a vibrant and friendly environment. About the job We are looking to appoint a L2 SEND Teaching Assistant . Under the direction of the SENDCo and class teacher you will be required to support pupils and staff through the provision of general assistance in the classroom and the school, or to support a small group of children or a child on a one-to-one basis with additional needs.
