Salary & Hours BR5 SP 13-17; From £25,703 pa FTE (Actual £8,938.80 pa); 38 weeks per year
15 hours per week; 3 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
About this Role Working in our welcoming school, you will play a key role in ensuring our SEND pupils have a safe, inclusive and enjoyable experience. If you have experience working with children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to supporting every child to thrive, we would love to hear from you! The successful candidate will: Have experience of working with children across the primary phase including those with additional needs.
Be fully committed to the role of working with a child with additional needs on a one-to-one basis.
Have the skills to support the learning, social interaction and welfare of individual pupils with a range of needs.
Support the class teacher to provide the best opportunities and outcomes for the child
Be motivated, flexible and understanding
Have a willingness and enthusiasm to develop new skills
Hours may be worked with children on a one-to-one basis, with any child or group of children, as required by the Trust to meet the needs of the Trust.
