About the role

Bruntcliffe Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Site Manager. The successful candidate will have experience with managing a large site and be excited by the prospect of managing a team and using their skill to uphold the highest standards regarding site safety and improvements. We take great pride in how our building looks and feels for our students and members of staff and are looking for someone who shares our high expectations and has an eye for detail. We are seeking someone who can see beyond daily maintenance and brings forwards ideas for further development. Potential applicants should have: Experience of managing premises, facilities or maintenance services within a large or complex environment. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments and site compliance. Experience of leading and motivating teams, contractors and external providers. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
