About this Role Post: Site Manager Location: Goosewell Academy, Plymouth, PL9 9HD FTE Salary Range: NJC Grade E, pts 15-20, £30,024 - £32,567 per annum Actual Annual Salary Range: £24,343 - £26,429 Contract Type: Permanent, part time, All year round Contract Hours: 30 Hours per week, Monday to Friday About the School: At Goosewell Primary Academy, all children are nurtured and encouraged to fulfil their potential by our committed and talented staff. Goosewell Primary Academy is a successful, highly regarded three-form entry primary academy with a PAN of 630. The Academy was inspected in December 2019 and received a Good rating: ‘Pupils thrive at Goosewell Primary Academy. They enjoy learning and making friends. Many pupils told inspectors that the school was very friendly and that pupils were kind and well behaved. Pupils learn about the importance of acting respectfully and with empathy for others throughout the curriculum.’ About the Trust We are a family of schools working in partnership for the benefit of all our pupils and students. We believe our charitable aim, to advance education, is best achieved through collaboration, both within the Trust and beyond. We operate 21 academies across Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, serving learners aged 3 to 19. Alongside our primary, all-through and technical provision, we are proud to include a strong and integral network of seven special schools and one alternative provision setting. These settings are a vital part of our community, providing inclusive, high-quality education for pupils with a wide range of needs, including complex learning profiles, autism, and social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as those who benefit from a more personalised approach.
