To support the needs of the school, the role can be worked either as a split shift or a straight-through working pattern, with the exact hours open to discussion for the right candidate.

We are looking for a Site Manager who will take ownership of the day to day management of our site, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and compliance. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day to day management of the school site, helping to ensure a safe, secure, clean, and well maintained environment for all. This hands on role offers great variety and autonomy. From carrying out maintenance tasks and overseeing contractors to managing health and safety compliance and supporting school events, no two days are the same. You will be a key member of the school team, taking pride in maintaining a site that reflects our high standards and ambitions for every child.
Ensure the school site is safe, secure, and maintained to a high standard. Carry out routine repairs and preventative maintenance across the buildings and grounds. Lead and coordinate cleaning provision, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness. Monitor site budgets and contribute to future development and improvement plans. Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and effectively. Support compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory inspections, and site security procedures. Respond promptly to site related issues and emergencies.
