About the role

Required as soon as possible, we are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and student-focused Sixth Form Study Supervisor to play a key role in supporting the academic success and personal development of our Sixth Form students. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with young people and is committed to promoting high standards of independent learning. The successful candidate will help create a purposeful study environment, support student progress and assist with administrative tasks. As the Sixth Form Study Supervisor, you will oversee one of our independent study areas, ensuring students remain focused, engaged, and productive during designated study periods. You will provide guidance on effective study habits, monitor attendance and behaviour, and maintain accurate records using the school's management information system. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and passionate about helping young people develop the skills they need to succeed in higher education, apprenticeships, and future careers.
