Job description

Are you passionate about sports and inspiring young people to lead active, healthy lifestyles? Do you have the drive to motivate students and create a fun, engaging, and inclusive sporting environment? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Sports & Physical Education Coach ! What You'll Be Doing: Planning and delivering exciting and progressive coaching sessions that promote participation in PE and school sport. Organising inter-school and intra-school competitions to foster teamwork and a love for physical activity. Acting as the school link to Northamptonshire Sport and other external sporting bodies. Encouraging pupils to push their boundaries, stay active, and develop a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Promoting inclusivity by identifying and overcoming barriers to participation. Supporting extracurricular sporting activities and out-of-school events. Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and working with colleagues to enhance student engagement. Assisting in school trips, lunchtime activities, and before/after school programs. What We're Looking For: A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with experience in sports coaching and physical education. A role model who inspires and motivates students to achieve their best. Someone with a passion for promoting physical activity and well-being among young people. Strong organisational and communication skills.
