About the role

George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary school situated in Scarborough. The post holder will lead, manage, and support the pastoral and academic development of a designated Year, House or other defined group of students, ensuring high standards of behaviour, attendance, punctuality, and student welfare. Operating in a dynamic school environment, the role requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to support the delivery of effective pastoral care and ensure a positive school culture. Job Details Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (including training days) plus 1 week Position Type: Permanent Post Line Manager: Vice Principal Travel Required: No The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience, please see the attached job description for more information.
