What you'll be doing Supporting students: Support students to engage in STARS, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of students. Help in a wide variety of aspects throughout the day taking initiative where appropriate and working to continually ensure every student is safe and supported. Reintegration focus: Working with students who have been out of mainstream education for long periods due to medical reasons, helping them to build resilience and develop skills to prepare for a successful return. Multi-site travel: Being comfortable and willing to travel between various sites as required to best support our students in their journey to reintegrate back into mainstream. Collaborative practice: Working closely with all staff across the provision to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to student well-being and education. Innovation: Contributing to our ongoing mission to re-think our approach to engaging children and teaching at STARS, bringing fresh ideas and innovative methods to the classroom.
