Inclusion Advocate Salary: GLC P12 - P16 £24,947 - £27,419 FTE [Actual Pro Rata Salary £19,669 - £21,618] Contract; Permanent Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Term Time only plus 2 weeks Holiday Working Closing Date: 8th September 2026 at Midday The Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership of one secondary academy and four primary academies located within Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary in the borough of Thurrock, to the east of London. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inclusion Advocate to join our team. In this vital role, you will work in close partnership with teaching staff, parents, and external practitioners to identify and address the individual academic, emotional, and behavioural needs of our students. Under the guidance of the Inclusion Manager and Deputy Headteacher, you will provide targeted, practical, and emotional support to ensure pupils can confidently meet their learning objectives.
