Pastoral Admin Support Worker Required: November 2026 Location: The Cornerstone Academy, Poole, Dorset Salary: £17,891, pro rata salary per annum - Full Time Equivalent £25,918 per annum Term Time only - 38 school weeks plus training days Working pattern and hours : 30 hours per week. 8.30am - 3pm Monday to Friday

The role

The Pastoral Admin Support Worker will assist the Head of Year teams by ensuring effective and accurate day-to-day behavioural reporting administration is completed for all members of the Head of Year teams.

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent administration skills Be responsive, flexible with ability to work to deadlines Have experience of effective team working Have excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office Be committed to their CPD

Closing Date: Thursday 15th October (end of day - midnight)

Interviews: Wednesday 21st October
