Job description

Swimming Instructor -Belfairs Academy Required as soon as possible. Hourly Rate: £17.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (Actual: £19.61 per hour) Hours: Casual, as required, for up to four days per week + swimming club. Days and hours will be agreed according to the Academy’s needs on a termly basis. For this academic year, the requirements are mornings Monday-Thursday and swim club after school on a Thursday. Belfairs Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality swimming instruction at Belfairs Academy, with sessions also supporting Darlinghurst Academy. About the Role: Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to both primary and secondary students 3 days a week Deliver swimming club once a week Support pupils in developing confidence, competence and essential water-safety skills Monitor pupils’ progress and provide appropriate encouragement, feedback and support Maintain high standards of safety and safeguarding at all times Work collaboratively with Academy staff to provide a positive and supportive learning environment.
