Help us create something special from the very beginning An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Years teacher to join Birstall Primary Academy as we establish our brand-new nursery provision from January 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the academy's journey. Working alongside our experienced Early Years team and senior leaders, you will play a key role in helping to shape and develop the nursery provision, ensuring children receive an exceptional start to their education. We are looking for a practitioner who can bring expertise, ideas and enthusiasm to support the successful launch and growth of the provision.

We are seeking a teacher who:

Has significant experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and early learning. Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and securing excellent outcomes for young children. Creates nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environments. Has high expectations for all children. Values strong partnerships with parents and families. Is excited by the opportunity to contribute to the development of a brand-new nursery provision. Is committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve practice.
