Use teaching methods that keep pupils engaged, including stimulating curiosity, effective questioning and response, clear presentation, and good use of resources. Maintain high standards of pupil behaviour through focused teaching, clear rules that pupils respect, and consistent handling of inappropriate behaviour in line with the behaviour policy. Build supportive relationships with parents. For all teaching posts, we welcome applications from both experienced and recently qualified teachers (ECTs).
