We are looking for an inspirational Teacher of Hair and Beauty (Unqualified) with a passion for delivering engaging vocational learning experiences for our students. You will have the opportunity to use your industry knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to play a key role in developing students' confidence, creativity and career aspirations within the Hair and Beauty sector. a qualified teacher or hold an equivalent teaching qualification. able to deliver the curriculum in your chosen area and consistently teach high-quality lessons across relevant key stages. able to meet the needs of learners from key identified groups, including pupil premium, looked after children, SEND and High Attaining students. a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change, motivate colleagues and build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. able to recognise, value and support the delivery of opportunities which extend beyond the confines of classroom delivery and seek to enrich and add value to the students experience & learning. empowered to develop your own expert practice and support the development of others. highly competent in all elements of the Teachers’ Standards and your achievements and contribution will be substantial and sustained as an Upper Pay Scale teacher. Snowdon Village is a multi-site, cross-phase alternative provision that sits within the heart of the CLF. The Snowdon Village sites include The Nest, Engage, Bristol Futures Academy and City School. Our primary aim is to meet the needs of children and young adults who have social, emotional and mental health issues by offering a suite of alternatives to mainstream school.
