About the role

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years practitioner looking to join a supportive and nurturing school community? We are seeking to appoint an outstanding FS2 Teacher to join our team on a full-time contract. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our Early Years provision and help our youngest learners develop a love of learning from the very beginning of their educational journey. We welcome, as part of our team, a self-motivated and enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to delivering exceptional Early Years education and has high aspirations for all children. Confidence, resilience and a commitment to excellence are qualities we value highly in all our staff.

We can offer you:

A warm and welcoming school community. Happy, enthusiastic children who are eager to learn and achieve. A friendly, supportive and experienced staff team. A well-established Early Years provision with excellent resources. Supportive parents and carers. A lovely school environment and outdoor learning spaces. High-quality professional support and excellent opportunities for development. A positive culture that values staff wellbeing and teamwork. The opportunity to help shape and further develop our Early Years provision.

We are looking for a practitioner who:

Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all children. Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Can create an engaging, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Is passionate about child development and early learning. Provides high-quality learning opportunities through both adult-led and child-initiated experiences. Can effectively assess children's progress and adapt provision to meet their needs. Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. Is inspirational, creative and enthusiastic. Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and promotes positive relationships. Contributes fully to the wider life of the school.

If you are committed to high standards, keen to develop your expertise and practice, and bring enthusiasm and positivity to your role, we would be delighted to hear from you. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged to learn more about the role and our school community.
