Key Responsibilities: Deliver lessons in a fun, engaging, and supportive way Adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning needs Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Follow lesson plans and ensure smooth transitions between activities Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support students’ growth To secure high standards of learning outcomes for all students through effective teaching.
