About the role

This is a unique and rewarding role combining classroom teaching, nurture provision, and outreach work , offering the chance to influence not only our pupils but also practice across our wider community. About the Role You will: Lead a small, supportive nurture environment for pupils with SEMH needs Deliver personalised, engaging learning experiences Support children’s emotional development alongside academic progress Work closely with our existing onsite team and outreach provision, supporting children and their families Be part of a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative team We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is a qualified teacher with a passion for SEMH and inclusion Holds the recognised nurture qualification and has experience of leading nurture groups Understands trauma-informed and nurture-based approaches Builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families Is calm, flexible, and solution-focused Can work effectively across both school and outreach settings What We Offer: A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team Ongoing professional development in SEMH and nurture approaches Opportunities to work across both specialist and outreach provision A highly rewarding role where you can make a lasting impact The successful applicants will receive bespoke training (depending on experience) to develop knowledge, skill sets, understanding and effectiveness. This ensures that we offer the best educational and pastoral support for our primary age students.
