Qualified Teacher Status Degree in a subject relevant to the role
Consistently graded good or outstanding through lesson observation Effectively carry out the duties of a Tutor/Mentor Ability to teach at KS3 & KS4 Understanding of a range of effective pedagogical approaches, including strategies to meet the needs of students with SEND Ability to creatively engage and enthuse students.
