We are looking for a dedicated Teacher (MPR/UPR + SEN 1 allowance) to join our committed team at Halcyon Way School, part of the Kingfisher Learning Trust. About the Role As a class teacher, you will: Inspire pupils by delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences Lead a supportive class team, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for our pupils Contribute to the wider development of the school community, promoting our values and ethos in everything you do Play a role in developing curriculum areas, driving innovation, and supporting staff development (unless an Early Career Teacher) We are looking for someone who is: A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for SEN education An excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations for every learner Reflective, adaptable, and eager to grow through professional development Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues Creative, resilient, and committed to inclusive education Why Join Us?
