Teaching Assistant Apprentice

St Giles' and St George's is looking to appoint AN inspirational and enthusiastic TA Apprentice to join the growing academy team. The position is offered on a fixed-term basis, for the duration of the course, starting January 2027 The post will be full-time due to the required apprenticeship study time. We are looking for someone who:

• has a passion for working with children
• is flexible, enthusiastic, has lots of energy and a real sense of fun and are calm and patient
• has the ability to work as part of a team and to show initiative

• is keen to be involved in all aspects of school life
• has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children and parents
• has excellent English and Maths skills, as well as being creative
• has a thorough understanding of the need for confidentiality and the importance of safeguarding
