We are looking for an individual to work in our amazing school. As a Teaching Assistant for All Saints CofE Primary School in Axminster, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff with an agreed system of supervision, to implement work/care/support programmes in or out of the classroom to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teachers in the management of pupils. All Saints CofE Primary School currently has around 79 pupils. In a rural setting, the school benefits from open spaces for children to engage with learning outdoors, whilst having plenty of space to enjoy break and lunch times with friends. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
