We are looking for someone, on a 1 year fixed term basis, who can commit to working across 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm.

The ideal candidate will:

Show initiative, provide intervention, promote independent learning, and work successfully as part of a team. Have knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum. Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour. Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities.

We can offer:

A working environment that places a high level of importance on the mental health and wellbeing of the whole school community. A commitment to a wide range of professional development. A supportive community of colleagues within the trust. Access to our Employee Assistance Programme. Two-week October half term. We are committed to equality of opportunity for all our staff. We particularly welcome applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds. We recognise the vital contribution that members of a diverse team make to our pupils learning. The range of cultural experiences, differing viewpoints, and role models this brings is essential in our Trust and we recognise the gap that would be left in our offering without these. Impact Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
