Teaching Assistant Location: Kempston Academy, Bedford Contract: Permanent Hours of Work: 35.75 hours per week, 39 weeks Salary: Level 2 Point 2-5 Closing Date: Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 9am We are looking to appoint a passionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to support pupils and staff through the provision of general assistance in the classroom and the school, or to support a child with specific needs (e.g. behavioural difficulties/ or English as an additional language). The role will involve providing support for learning in the classroom as directed by the class teacher/line manager and help to maintain the order and cleanliness of the classroom environment e.g. putting up displays.
