Essential requirements: A caring and professional attitude Ability to work well in a team Enthusiasm and willingness to learn Commitment, Flexibility and Positivity Experience of working within a nursery setting with children aged 2 to 5 years An understanding of the responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children Desirable: Early Years Level 3 (Early Years Practitioner) qualification Previous experience of working in a school environment.
