Join Our Team and Make a Lasting Difference The Grange Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our thriving school community. As a Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will work closely with teachers and support colleagues to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide effective support for individual pupils, small groups and whole classes. You will play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, communication skills and a love of learning whilst contributing positively to their academic, social and emotional development. The successful candidate will be confident in supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum, delivering targeted interventions and adapting learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils. The role will also include supervising classes during teacher PPA time and other short-term absences, delivering lessons planned by the class teacher and ensuring that learning remains purposeful and engaging. Supporting pupils with additional needs forms an important part of this role. We are looking for an individual who has high expectations for all learners and is committed to promoting inclusion and achievement for pupils with SEND. Experience of supporting children with autism, speech and language needs, social and emotional needs or EHCPs would be advantageous. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning, childcare, education or equivalent relevant experience. Has experience of working successfully with children in a school or similar educational setting. Is committed to delivering the highest standards of support for all pupils. Can build positive relationships with children, colleagues, parents and external professionals. Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and a solution-focused approach.
