Position Description We are looking to appoint a new colleague to join our team, as a SEN Teaching Assistant. You will provide Support for children with Education Health Care Plans on a one-to-one or small group basis, initially working in Early Years. You will also support the class teacher to prepare and deliver a wide range of learning activities, you will help create vibrant, safe and fun environments, which encourage natural curiosity and interest. You will inspire pupils to become both independent learners, and to support and learn from each other. Our Teaching Assistants are also Lunchtime Supervisors, providing an outstanding play experience for the children.
