Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and help pupils achieve success both academically and personally. Working alongside teachers and other colleagues, you will provide targeted support that enables children to engage with learning, overcome challenges and develop the confidence and skills they need to flourish throughout their primary education. What You Will Do As A Teaching Assistant: Support the teacher in monitoring, assessing and recording pupil progress/activities Support pupils in social and emotional well-being, Understand and support independent learning and inclusion of all pupils as required. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Good literacy/numeracy skills GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English grade 4 or equivalent Able to work effectively as part of a team, understand classroom roles and responsibilities and follow and interpret instructions and guidance.
