We'relooking for someone who:

Is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their full potential

Brings patience, positivity and resilience, with the ability to remain calm and professional when supporting pupils with a range of needs

Hasstrong communicationand relationship-building skills.

Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and is committed to further developing their skills through professional learning and training opportunities
