About the role

Grade: N4 £26,016 FTE (£19,984.39 Actual Salary) Contract: Part Time 32.5 Hours a week / Fixed term until 31 August 2027

Hours: 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday

We are looking for someone who:

is a highly organised and effective classroom practitioner, who understands and can deliver consistently high-quality interventions can work well alongside effective teachers, with flexibility to adapt when needed can adapt and advocate effectively for children with special educational needs has the highest expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour can work effectively as part of a team; understanding how to get the best out of themselves and others can motivate and inspire, supporting and promoting the vision and values of the school is keen to develop professional expertise is creative, flexible and has a sense of humour enjoys working with supportive parents, experienced colleagues and the wider community
