Required: As soon as possible Scale 2 (point 3-4) £25,732- £26,099 (Actual) 36.65 Hours over 39 Weeks (Term Time only) Working hours 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion and learning of student(s) with Special Educational Needs and/or a Disability in line with Hayes policy and practice, and the Equalities Act 2010. The role will be to work across the school, as directed by the SENCO/Assistant SENCO, to support a range of students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability. You will need to demonstrate a professional approach in all aspects of work with colleagues, students and parents/carers and to be a role model to students, demonstrating a positive and problem-solving approach at all times. Special Educational Needs includes any combination of the following: Communication and interaction Cognition and learning Social, mental and emotional health Sensory and/or physical
