About the role

Welton Primary School is a friendly and vibrant community. We are seeking a talented, highly skilled and an energetic individual to join our team of exceptional support staff team as soon as possible. A strong skill set is important but being a champion and advocate for real inclusion, high expectations and believing in the potential of all children is essential for this role. We are looking for people who want to make a difference to the most vulnerable children and enjoy working with young people who need the highest expectations to enable them to be independent and successful. Experience of working in an early year’s setting is essential. The vacancy is part-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). Term time only plus 5 training days over the academic year. You will be required to work from 8:30am to 3:45pm, plus one evening until 5pm.

The successful candidate must:
